ABOUT THE PROGRAM
This program blends classroom learning and hands-on experience as students work to earn industry recognized certifications. Students will work alongside of professional chefs, gaining valuable mentorship and begin networking in the industry.

Students operate The White Apron Restaurant.

Curriculum Focus:
• Culinary techniques
• Nutrition and menu development
• Food safety and sanitation
• Restaurant management skills
• Hospitality and customer service
• Quantity food production
• Customer service/management
• Operating White Apron, our student run restaurant
• Business and entrepreneurship
• Baking and pastries

Students compete in culinary competitions for scholarships and awards. Through this program, students gain valuable experience preparing them to be career-ready when they graduate from high school.
